A: We have temporarily suspended our venue operations until further notice. Please keep checking our website and social media at @jewelnightclub for updates. We look forward to welcoming guests and team members back again as soon as it is safe to do so.
Q: How can I receive a refund?
A: Due to the unforeseeable ongoing impact of the COVID-19 virus we have temporarily suspended our venue operations until further notice. All tickets and pre-paid table reservations until June 30 have already been refunded automatically.
Please note that we are continuing to monitor the fluid situation very closely. Events after June 30 will be refunded if and when they are affected. If you have purchased a ticket or table, you will receive an automated email and refund should additional events be affected. Our policies on prepaid tables and tickets have not changed and all sales remain final until an event is affected.
In the meantime, all inquiries should be emailed to [email protected]. A team member will respond within 24 hours.
